I ordered a bike from amazon and had met a good majority of the staff online, Jim was the individual who met me at the backend counter and was able to do a amazing job walking me through some of the accessories that I should consider. I’m definitely a fan of Performance Bicycle after this experience and will continue to shop here. In addition they also have a community event (meetup) every Saturday around 08:50am at the store.
Went there to purchase a bike. No one greeted me or acknowledged me while I stood there for 15 looking at bikes. Not going to spend $1000 or more somewhere I won’t even get acknowledged.
I love it, good service, good inventory of everything you’ve need, very professional customer service.
This is a decent bike shop with a good inventory of bicycles to choose from however the staff at this place leaves something to be desired. First, not only do they not understand the meaning of good customer service but I don't think they have even been properly train as to what it even is. I purchased my bike from here about 2 years ago and went back in because I thought it might be time for tune up.
