We when there on a Thursday night at 7 and ended up being there till 8:40 pm even when they are suppose to close at 8:00pm. I keeping volunteering to leave but they said it was okay. They even installed items that I brought for free and after hours. I have never experienced customer service like this in life. My new go to store
This place is great! Customer service was well beyond expectations. The young lady, I never did quite get her name, was fantastic. She spent about an hour with me last week helping me pick the perfect bike for my needs. I told I her I had to do some research and when I decided to purchase I would buy from them! As promised, I went back today and purchased the bike we looked at. Took a mini ride and absolutely love it. Thanks again! Will recommend you guys to anybody looking for a bike. She really knew her stuff!
Great job by everyone in there. Everyone was nice, very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was quick and was done very well. Performance bike orland park definitely has won my business. Totally will recommend to all.

Had a great experience, but I am a little disappointed in the spin doctor plan. I only got to use one tune up on my service plan and it I just found out it expired two weeks ago. Is there anyway I can extend my plan so I can use some of the services...I paid an awful lot for the bike and didn't realize the plan I was talked into, only had expired on 6/13/16. I've been in this store so many times I should start collecting a paycheck. I can't say enough good things about the guys and gals that work here. You can definitely tell they know their bikes and have a genuine understanding of their customers. It took me a while to actually pull the trigger and purchase a bike and in order for me to be certain of the correct bike for me, I spent a lot of time at several bike shops in the area.
