RecommendedIt really sucks that Performance is closing this store. It is the biggest and nicest store in all north county.
Stopped by to have my wife’s bike rear derailleur adjusted and soon as I walk in I was greeted by Tiffany with a big smile and quickly worked on my wife’s bike very quickly! Tiffany and her staff are courteous and ready to provide any assistance you need! Thank you and I will certainly be back again!
Beware of the Performance Bike customer satisfaction. I bought a Ridley Fenix six months ago. The top tube cracked and they did go to the manufacturer to resolve the issue. When Ridley didn’t offer much, Performance offered me 10% off of 2017 bikes or the family discount on new bikes. The new ownership of Performance doesn’t cover support like they used to. On the other hand, Josh the mechanic is great and would gladly take my bike to him. But their offer after 6 months in my opinion was horrible. So beware.
Best team in N. County if you want friendly knowledgeable staff. Great prices and you can't beat getting money back in Team Points. It's like the Best Buy of cycling. ;^)
My husband and I ordered Fuji bikes on line and had them delivered to Performance Bicycle Oceanside. We had an awesome experience thanks to Scott, Ian, Isaac, Wayne, Inno, Eric and Mitch. We are enjoying our new bikes and very thankful for the attention to detail, service, fittings, and test riding we got to do. We went back to the store at least 3 times for fine tuning after test rides. .
