Being part of the Performance Bike family has changed my life. When we first moved to Stockton about 7 years ago, I stopped riding my bike. After lots of encouragement from my son to participate in Performance's Saturday rides, I started riding in the group rides in February this year. Not happy with a few staff members.. Such a big store why would they only order once a week.... Been waiting 3 weeks sounds like another week n a half...bad customer service.... That means I get to go a month and a week without riding my bike...
Check out their workshops. They are very helpful if you are looking at maintaining, repairing or upgrading your own bike.
And knowledgeable staff a broad selection as far as inventory, and a clean and easy to navigate floor space
I love Performance Bicycle! Great selection of gear, clothes, bikes and accessories and the best staff too. Ann is very helpful and the sweetest! Tyler leads up the group rides and is so welcoming and inclusive! I really can't say enough about how great those rides are. You really ought to join us and see for yourself! Did I mention that they're free, fun and no one gets left behind! �
