Poor Service – extemely disappointed in Cary store only. Purchased a bike in the Chapel Hill store last week and experienced great service. Went back this week to purchase a second bike and had my older bike serviced while we were there. They did not have the color we wanted so we went to the Cary store. Service was terrible and had to ask the salesperson to explain the gears etc. Got the bike home after the sales servicing and the tires were not pumped up. If you are going to buy from Performance go to Chapel Hill.
WOW THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! HUGE selection of bikes, There are so many benefits when coming here. Their prices won't break the bank and they price their bikes competitively with other stores out there. The maintenance crew is just fantastic, if it's a small repair or adjustment then they won't cost you a penny. There are always sales, and when you sign up u always receive coupons in the mail about 2 times a month that give you offers and deals on new bikes, parts, and clothing. Good Place for Bike Equipment The prices and product selection are very good. The on-duty staff is small but helpful. It generally requires a bit of time and patience to wait in line for their advice but sometimes the savings over other bike stores makes it worthwhile.
