They are not 100% satisfaction. I bought a 2k bike from them and I was told "You cannot receive a full refund u will get a partial refund based on their opinion and usage." the bike as used about 10 hours and the Front fox forks went bad according to another bike shop. good sales on last year's models This bicycle shop is well-organized, with very informed salespeople. There are TONS of bikes to choose from, and the previous model years are always on sale. They also have a wide range of accessories. The coolest part of the shop is that it is powered by wind power. There is also a repair shop in the back. Very clean and very professional
