Quick service, great pricing.
Carl, business owner, quoted me $250 for AC warranty repairs and gave me a bill for $905. That's a difference of $655. When I questioned the excessive added amount, I was told that was the bill. If you want your car today, I would have to pay the total amount. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place is dishonest and a poor example of good customer service. Oh! one more thing. It took the shop 14 day to repair my car.

Horrible. Takes 5 business days and 70 bucks for a simple diagnosis of what’s wrong with the car. Not to mention they had the diagnosis wrong and super expensive as well. Will never do business with these incompetent thiefs again.
My wife was traveling on business in San Antonio when her BMW freaked out! The car went into "limp mode" and would run no faster than an idle. Too limp even to drive to a repair shop. Having no knowledge of SA repair shops, I found Performance Auto on Google and decided on them because they were close to her. What a great choice! These guys fixed her problem (a stuck throttle body valve) the same day we had it towed in. What a blessing. And they only charged us about $100, including the tow! After having a very good mechanic friend move away, we entered one of our greatest fears. Finding a Mechanic we could trust. I made various phone calls, read numerous reviews and spoke to other friends and could not decide on a mechanic. We'll unfortunately, THAT day arrived. Best garage in San Antinio area – I am a loyal customer of Performance Auto and Trans. I just moved to the SA area from CT. I bought myself a used vehicle from a used car lot. As you know with buying used cars. Problems always seem to arise after a couple months. Thank You – Dear Carl, I wanted to thank you and your staff for my recent sericve experience. I brought my Volvo S70 in about a month ago to have the struts and air conditioner repaired.
