Jeff, I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for getting my son back on the road home yesterday (November 6th). I really appreciate that you adjusted your schedule to get the Jeep Grand Cherokee in to be worked on and the time you took to diagnose all the problems with the belt and radiator when you were very busy.
