Police tows = angry customers – Being an employee of the company for over 7 years, seen the angry impounded vehicle customer many times. Carlos forgets to mention his rudeness and insults on the phone when he couldn't understand the basic driving directions he was given, forgets he flipped off the male clerk in question (no longer employed here), and then drove his truck threateningly at said clerk. Be aware this location discriminates towards people of color. The young office male clerks are unprofessional. They use fouled language with their customers and then use their ties with the local police to not be reprimanded for their actions.
