This shop practically saved my life, my cars AC suddenly stopped working on a 95 degree day when I was commuting from DC to Annapolis. I called performance auto and they were able to fit me in right away. While at their shop they made every effort to be as accommodating as possible, when the issue was diagnosed and a part was hard to find, the owner of the shop spent half an hour calling around just to drive all the way out to Gaithersburg to get this part and have the car fixed for me by the end of the work day so I was abl... read more
Great customer service and they know what they’re doing. They fixed my husbands ac after other shops were not able to figure out the issue. Clear communication and gave realistic expectations. They were very friendly and personable. It’s hard to find trustworthy shops but they definitely will get our business again!
This will for sure be my go to shop now. Ive had an entire year of 3 different shops not being able to fix my air conditioning but these guys made it their mission to get it done and talked me through every step and didnt do anything without letting me know first. And when all was done, they got me a fantastic deal on all the work and a warranty to come back if it breaks again. Definitely reccomending this place to anybody that needs any work done.
