Rang and left two messages on answer machine, No response. Sent a contact request via their website, No response. Sent two text messages to their mobile phone, no response. Totally unprofessional. Find another company who will reply to a simple request.
I can't believe how many good reviews are left for this place. Last week I had to walk in to make my appointment because they have never once answered their phone. I was told that I could leave my car overnight last night and today they would fix my air conditioning for me. I tried calling this morning twice with no response so I decided to walk down and NO ONE was there and the shop was closed. I have gone to this place and had a part that was needed to be replaced taken by them and now they won't reply to my calls or msgs and I just want my part back so my mechanic can look if it can customise something based off the part taken - at this point iyt taking something from my car and not giving it back & what's the word for that?
