Took my Yukon Denali in to have codes ran to see what needed to be worked on so I could save up money to bring back for repairs. Couldn't get any information from them about my truck until the 3rd day of them having my vehicle. My Husband had to call them to get them to give him the info about my truck and they were replacing things without authorization to do so.
