The Kenwood unit I purchased from these guys was having issues. They honored their warranty, and not only proceeded to install a new unit at no charge, but it was also a newer model than the one I had purchased. They wanted me to be happy, and I am. Very happy, and very pleased. I like a business that not only keeps their word, but also went above and beyond what I was hoping for. These young men were terrific.
