BB in the service department was wonderful. His customer service manners were impeccable. He was patient in explaining all of the issues with our car. He detailed the risks and benefits of each item that needed repair, but never pressured us into effecting repairs that we did not yet have the budget for. I brought my car in today to have the key lock replaced and the keys reprogrammed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. BB Periathamby was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, was honest and transparent, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Because of his outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning here for all my future dealership needs.

When I first walked into this dealership, I met with Rahul Hastir, the finance manager at Performance Acura. A great finance manager, he secured us a great deal on our brand-new RDX. The only complaint I have is that the water wasn't in the fridge lol
