Picked up a used 2021 Acura RDX platinum elite model. It was an ok experience as I was already prepared to buy. The salesperson was good and helped me with a good deal. The finance lady was cold as a turkey, no customer service levels at all, I guess since she realised that I wasn't interested in any the add on options that she tried putting me on. The worst part is 6 months down the line, no follow up call from the dealership as to how things were with the purchase. Is this the world we live in the world of customer service... read more
I visited the dealership today and had to leave my review right away because my experience was so pleasant. Tom was so helpful and patient with me. I went in there with the expectation of buying a MDX. After breaking down the numbers, I realized the payment would be too much. Instead of pushing the sale anyway, Tom provided me other options to consider. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty during my visit and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car from an honest sales man to visit him.

Please read and look at the numbers when you buy your car off a lease. I was charged an extra 400 dollars that I had to get them to refund. Unfortunately they do not do their homework and will over charge unless you look at the numbers closely. Some of the things they charged me that I got a refund for: they charged me for a vehicle safety certificate, this should be covered in the dealership fees, they charged me for vehicle history aka car fax, again it is covered in the dealership fees.
