Great gym! Brand new Vitamin D tanning bed (UVB) included with membership. One of the only gyms with a sauna in the city. New and diverse equipment with everything you’d need. Definitely the best gym in Chatham

Very good gym. The owner and staff are easy to get in touch with. The staff are very helpful and do it with a smile. The sauna can’t be beat. I highly recommend.
Friendly staff, great gym to work out in especially all the classes they got going on. Been going here consistently for 3 months and with the help of the trainers and other staff member they were able to push me to do more and get more fit. Lost 15 lbs and feel great. Love the dry sauna as it does work up a crazy sweat after a hard workout. And the showers are good too. Good strong water pressure.
