Chinny is magic! Recovering from ACL repair surgery, I was thoroughly impressed with Alex’s attention to detail and really explained the physio process all the way through from initial diagnosis to return to play.
Had an ACL tear and reconstructive surgery last year. Throughout my recovery journey Jess and the team at PerfomHQ have consistently provided an excellent quality of service and support network. Jess, is leaps and bounds above other physios I have been to. Very thorough with the rehab process. Clearly has and demonstrated great knowledge when it comes to return to sport for athletes.
