Dr Ayala’s technique and approach for addressing injuries is far superior to any other type of physical therapy or bodywork that i’ve ever had.
Absolutely love coming here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming right from the start. The girls at the front desk are so fun to talk to and make the whole experience better. Dr. Ayala does an amazing job and really listens to your concerns and attends to them. Would highly recommend coming here!
Great to work with! I was dealing with calf straining/lock up and Dr. Ayala diagnosed the problem area. Educated me on the active release technique treatment method and exercises for maintaining proper function. And of course got the chiropractic adjustment! Been a month since starting treatment and the calf all the way to the hip is moving smoothly with no more strains.

He is a movement and function specialist where his goal is to get you back on your feet in no time. My daughter is a dancer, and injuries are a part of being active.
