Middle aged BJJ and surfer that has had tons of injuries and long term back and neck issues... Doc Sully has addressed all issues effectively providing me with relief and also the ability to remain active on the mats and in the water. If you are active and looking to optimize your performance for whatever you do this is the place. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
Go here if you're an athlete or if you want to be one. Lifelong sports guy, most of my joints are damaged in some way from jiujitsu/running/weights. Nikki has worked on my shoulder for a few months now and restored a lot of my mobility and reduced pain substantially. Back feels more loose for days after each session.
they are so good about keeping me active in a safe way, using various tools and techniques to treat any injury or imbalance i come in with. they have a holistic approach which i really appreciate and i always love the conversation and beautiful space.
So grateful to find perform and recover!! I went from having debilitating back pain from over use that was limiting my ability to even walk or sit for any period of time to mobile and able to go about my day in one session! I went and saw Dr. Sullivan today and made clear I’ve had trouble with other doctors not being able to adjust me in the past. He did a review of my history, asked some important questions I didn’t even think about and went to work. He started with an exam, followed by theragun to loosen tighter areas and started his adjustment.
