We had the worst experience working with this company and regret it to this day. From their lack of communication to their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes, all of it resulted in us ending up with a house that now has crooked windows, uneven floors, and poor framing. Bill’s carelessness and lack of respect for someone’s home is something I haven’t seen before.

This review is late, however it is well deserved. A while back now, I spoke to several contractors to provide estimates to complete a large renovation in my home. Upon meeting with Bill and Brittany, my choice was clear of using their services. At each step during the renovation I felt as if I was the only job they had, even though they had several others at the same time. Love my new house Perfetto Construction created. I started with a simple take down a few walls and renovate the kitchen. Ended up redoing everything. Vaulting ceiling, replacing all windows and doors. Of course then the bathroom. They were great with all of my changes and add on. I'm still having them do more work. I could not ask for better people to work with

Over the summer, we had a tree fall on our roof causing a lot of damage on our property. We reached out to Bill at Perfetto's and were very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. Bill was at our house the next day and accessed everything that needed to be fixed. He dealt with our insurance company directly to make sure we got enough money to cover all the damage. The project involved the demolition of a 3 season sunroom and replacing it with a 4 season sunroom. Also the roof, windows and siding on the existing house were replaced along with a partial kitchen makeover and construction of a 500 square foot composite deck. Bill Perfetto provided detailed plans including can orderly construction sequence. This minimized disruption to our daily lives.
