Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! DO NOT use this company!!! They are the worse transportation company in Philadelphia. Our patient (who by the way is diabetic) had a scheduled pick-up time for 6:30PM. We called every 30 minutes trying to get a ETA and every time was told that the driver was 10 minutes away!!! We talked to Valerie (dispatcher) who kept telling us that the ambulance was 10 minutes away!!
