Very nice on the phone, but very poor quality of the people they send.They sub-contract work out and often don't know the people they subcontract to, so there is no connection between the people you speak to and pay versus those who come on-site to do the work. Their model is to get the job, see if their one crew they know and have worked with is available, otherwise they find someone to do the job. Make sure EVERYTHING is in the contract, they will not put one screw if it's not on that list. Don't assume that they will spackle and sand it after replacing dry wall, that door would be hang back, that gaps would be filled, that steps and closets are also part of the same room. They give you a good price and the contract comes for you to sign, missing a lot of items, and then they start charging you more.
