We had a major leakage issue in the crawlspace of our home. After being referred to Mercelis by a relative, I called him and he responded quickly. Mercelis is courteous, professional and a man of his word. He and his team arrived and diagnosed the problem. They replaced the plumbing under the house within two days and followed up to make sure the system worked properly, all for a reasonable price and including a warranty. I had a PVC pipe break at the main water line. I called Perfecto Plumbing and Marcellis came out the next day, and promptly repaired the line. He had to dig up a good bit of dirt to do it. When he was finished, he tested the line and found that there was a small leak on the city side and instructed me how to contact them to repair their portion. I had a great experience with Perfecto Plumbing! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. I called them for a leaky pipe, and they arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in no time. The pricing was fair, and they even took the time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. I really appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service.
