Rich and his team were amazing in every way. I had been extensively warned about how painful renovations can be by friends who went through it, but none of that proved true for me, mostly thanks to Rich. He is chill as a person, yet delivers a high level of craftsmanship (even our high-expectation designer was wowed), and he does things on time. His pricing is very reasonable. Cannot recommend Perfecto Construction enough! I just finished a large renovation to redo my bathroom and kitchen. Rich and his team were responsive and honest and I am so thrilled with how my renovations turned out. They were very accommodating and listened to what I was looking for and made a stressful situation totally manageable. Do not hesitate to hire them!

NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST!!!! I got a referral from a friend to use this contractor for remodeling my townhouse, and from the details of the consult call, to the quality of the work and timeliness of job completion, I was utterly impressed. Every corner of my townhouse is immaculate thanks to Perfecto. I went from 1980's traditional to modern in a matter of weeks. I will never be using any other contractor due to this amazing experience, quality and diligence!

I had a small project that involved building out a wall and changing a door in my apartment. After several other contractors didn’t call me back, I tried Perfect and they called back right away, and were able to do the job quickly and within the time they stated. I’m very happy with how it turned out.
