Super dissapointed. We were given a gift card from a friend and know it was purchased at this location so we walked in and placed our order only to be told that 2 days ago your establishment has decided to use a different gift card program. If I wanted I could use it at the other location only ( muchbfarther away from us) .... terrible business decision and we won't be back.
We visited shortly after the peak lunch period. There was only one lady working busily to take orders and make drinks. My friend ordered a Hojicha Latte and I order a 2-scoop ice-cream in a cup (Pistachio & Hazelnut). My friend said that her drink was okay but not very impressive. As for my ice-cream, the Pistachio was good. However, the Hazelnut one was not what I expected : the nuts tasted rancid to me (like old, bad oil). They had a sharp, off-flavor that ruined the taste.
