Annette is an excellent coach. She explains the exercises and the proper form and motion when working out with the weights. She is encouraging and fun.

I joined Perfectly You Fitness in August 2023, never imagining it would be such an important part of my life. Best decision I ever made! There is a large selection of classes offered and the coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable.
