Not a great job
As a resident, I’ve been really disappointed with Perfectly Pure Pools. My property manager has reached out to Thomas and Richard multiple times about repairs, yet the response is consistently slow. Repairs drag on far longer than they should, and getting any kind of meaningful update is extremely difficult. Good service! The person who comes to Stonehaven Estates is where I live, does it very thoroughly 3 times a week
One of the their service providers driving on Military windows down, playing with the phone and the music blaring…not a good look and totally unprofessional. I see why the have a 2.7 rating
We hired PPP 18 months ago in our HOA community. Their workmanship as well as their subcontractors are excellent. Their pricing came in much lower than other proposals we received. Our pool & spa has never looked cleaner or clearer. We recently had PPP renovate our spa & pool. The plaster, gem and tile work look fantastic. I would highly recommend them for your for pool & spa needs.
