The girls are always so helpful when I come in! I love shopping here. Will definitely be back!
Such a trendy store that has something for everyone. I adore the girls that work there, they are super helpful and sweet. The store carries all sizes, and they are always adding new things. They now carry baby clothes and accessories and household items so you can brighten up your home with fun and stylish items. Once you shop there you will keep going back, especially since they always have new arrivals/items coming in and great sales!
Love the clothes, but employees constantly following you around asking if you need help over and over again is annoying. When mentioning this to an employee, she stated they do it to cut down on theft. She made me feel like a shoplifter. Then the following week when returning a top, she sniffed the arm pits of the shirt. I think she knew I was shocked and replied “the owner is a little wacky and it’s policy to smell the items when returned.” Pretty belittling to have your employees sniff the armpits of returned items.
My daughter and I have been shopping at this store for several years everyone is always very helpful. If you need something for a special occasion or just a simple hat for the lake you can find it here!
This is my all time favorite boutique in the area! The girls are so sweet and always more than happy to help. They have a fantastic selection of clothing for all ages, and the best gifts around. The owner is always super helpful as well, if there isn’t something available in store she’s always more than willing to order it for me if she can. This boutique truly cares about their customers, and I appreciate that so much! Outstanding customer service is so rare to find anymore. Keep up the great work girls, we LOVE this store!
I have never been treated so terrible in a store. I had a problem with my return, the 2 managers working were hateful. I asked them to call the owner so I could speak with her about the situation, they called her and told me she didn't want to speak with me. Extremely disappointed in the owner for not trying to figure out the situation.
