I was referred to Dan and PFit by my PT in recovering from some severe back issues and knee injury. I am 70 years old and was anticipating that I was ultimately headed for back surgery. Dan has worked with me for nearly 2 years. He has focused on training to rebuild my strength and core focus. I have been going to perfectly fit for 3 months and had a one on one trainer by the name of George. He helped in my recovery of an injury. He was very professional. He was very patient and after the 3 months brought me back to where I was prior to my injury. He always made me feel comfortable and never made me feel as if I didn't know what I was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a trainer.

Great gym and the Dan its owner is an excellent, knowledgeable trainer. Highly recommend it; it’s certainly is worth checking out!!
