Very rude owner; I would not recommend this cleaning service. Update: I gave my mother money to purchase this service; she has a different last name. As you can see, the owner is trying to get out of a bad review again. I would not recommend this service. Note: My mother would have posted this review herself if she could use a computer, but at 74, it's rather difficult. I will update this review for their other locations as they are owned by the same person.

Paid $200 for deep cleaning. Said it would take four hours for my request to be fulfilled. Also tipped them. But 4 hours later they hadn’t even vacuumed my living room and didn’t dust or do a lot of the requested things I wanted. They cleaned the bathrooms well (although I have a wax burner in my bathroom and they didn’t bother scraping that off, maybe I should have asked?) and cleaned the grease off the ceiling on top of the stove which was very wonderful and probably took a lot of time. We've been very happy with their service and I'm confident recommending them. Ruby and Kristi have done a great job every time. My favorite part, aside from an impeccably clean home, is how easy and nice they are to talk to. It can be awkward for me hiring people to do things that I'm capable of doing myself, like cleaning. Ruby and Kristi are so sweet and hard working that I don't feel always at all and they've made me comfortable providing specific directions or requests. I cannot say enough great things about Heather and her team! I have a small business in Menifee and have had 3 other cleaning services come through and was disappointed every time but thank god I finally found someone amazing! Thank you again!
