I've worked with her competitors, and Jessica is the absolute BEST at what she does, hands down. I came to her sick, underweight, weak, and in tons of chronic pain. Jessica was recommended to me by my good friend and I am so glad that she did! Jessica listened attentively to me describe the issue I was having and began right away to design a program of exercises that would help me have some relief. I was in chronic pain, in my knees, hips and lower back. Jessica identified the sources of the problems, and weak areas causing the pain, she helped me regain mobility to the areas and gave me the knowledge of how to continue the relief on my own. She worked with my schedule and was just over all fantastic! I would and DO recommend anyone go to her!
