Made an appointment for my daughter and myself to get silk pressed with Recia/Reese. After she washed my daughter I asked for her not to use the hot comb on my daughter's hair, just blow dry and flat iron. Stylist stated she only does silk press using a hot comb and ultimately did not service us. She was about to send my child out the door with a wet head, until I told her I'd pay for the blowout smh. Next time you commit for an appointment Ms Orlena Harris, show up! You are so UNPROFESSIONAL! You could have answered our call or text. The appointment was 430pm.. you asked if we can do it early. We came in 315pm. And nobody was there. I don't know how you get your clients give you 5 stars.
