I scheduled and James forgot the appointment. Poor communication as well as after I purchased the machine at the price he told me days later he left me a text message saying he forgot to add the taxes and can I send him 400 more dollars after I spent 4000 absolutely not you gave me 1 price stick to that. I will not be recommending that company.

I bought used machine from this company James, I believe is one of the owners. He’s vague rude, and does not stick to any timelines he acts like he’s doing you a favor the machine I purchased from him he said he would refurbish it and get it running. I’ve never owned a vending machine, and I told him this. He assured me buying the machine would be better and it would work great well needless to say the guy doesn’t follow any schedule and I can’t get them to come out and get my machine up and running.
