Some would say, they suck or lazy, but i would lean more towards a comment below about honesty. When you come to a half empty shop in mid day with all the space and equipment needed at the minimum to change the oil, and see 5 mechanics standing without work, and you asking for oil change. But random mechanic tells you "We Try not to work on these cars, because they Can get complicated", Well thats Integrity right there. I've gotten basic services like oil changes and alignments here and felt the prices were good and never had any issues. I appreciated when they inspected my truck's front end last winter before a big Canada trip when it was making some noise without an appointment and for free. They didn't find anything mechanically, which aligns with me later discovering there was some ice buildup causing that noise. They also swapped my winter/summer sets (which I did not purchase here) free of charge which is convenient and saves me time.
Unless you drive a beater pickup truck, Go somewhere else. These clowns are Unprofessional, untrained and happy to waste your time and money on trash-Chinese parts/tires. Their price mark-up is massive on oem parts and/or quality brand tires that will have to order anyway. I have had countless issues at this location since the management change a few years ago. I went here to get an Alignment and new front tires. After being quoted $460 to get the alignment and tires done they called and told me I needed new inner tie rods. This brought my price up to $800. I agree to get the work done and as they were doing the work they apparently found that they had to replace the cams for the alignment to be done properly.
