I was referred to this salon (specifically Melaisha) by my hairstylist. Unfortunately, my appointment booked through Vagaro was not successful due to their unprofessionalism. I arrived after a one hour commute from the far north side only for them to tell me she left for a drs appointment and forgot to block off her calendar. I do not recommend you book an appointment but rather maybe walk in so that you do not make a blank trip.

I found this Salon on Groupon and decided to take the chance and get waxed before going on vacation. I had my legs, bikini/brazilian, and arm pits done. There was a miscommunication when I scheduled. I was told that they open at 10:30, but because of the services I was seeking, the waxer would be see me at 10. The confirmation text did say 10:30, but because of the phone call, I went at 10.
