Helped me when my car spurted a big oil leak! Drove me to a parts store and to a a shop afterwards, arranged the after hours drop-off and brought me back home. Superb service!!
Quick response for pick up, pleasant office personnel, tow truck driver was knowledgeable and able to move a 26 ft box truck. Would recommend.
This is the only place I have ever had a good experience with a towing company. I deal with multiple a year and hands down the best service I have ever had to be honest, even the Rhonda who answered the phone was pleasant to speak with which is a FIRST!! I will look to call them only moving forward.
workers from this shop harassed some of my colleagues who were parked ACROSS THE STREET, who had just left a peaceful Tesla protest. They shouted at them calling them communists and threatening to tow their cars (parked LEGALLY across the street)
Perfection Auto illegally towed my car this morning from a parking lot that I have been parking in for years as a tenant. They made no effort to verify my address before towing my car, because if they had, they would have seen that I am a tenant who resides there. When I arrived at Perfection Auto to discuss the issue and retrieve my car back, the business doors were locked.
