I went to Perfection Permanent Make up for consultation regarding a terrible eyebrow tattoo job done by someone else. Alice was very professional, friendly, and extremely good at her job! She was able to remove about 80% of the tattoo after the first session, and now I am ready for the second session. 100% satisfaction!
