I got service - removal of the permanent make up. And I would say, they couldn’t remove it fully, however I had two sessions, to be fair, quite satisfied with the service.

I absolutely love this place. It is a great business establishment - professional, clean, sophisticated, and welcoming. All their artists are great, but Queenie is exceptional. She's highly professional, precise, and truly a perfectionist in her craft. Her detailed work on lashes and facial treatments is consistently top-tier. On top of her skill, she is warm, gracious, and genuinely wonderful to work with.
