I'm so disappointed in this experience. I asked for pretty basic nude short nails. She argued that the medium length was "fine" when I asked her twice to go shorter. That's not the worst part she cut me on 4 nails. On my right hand pinky she filled so hard she cut both sides of my nail bed and even the top. It was so bad the other worker noticed and brought over cotton to handle my bleeding nails. Never said sorry never acknowledged she maimed my fingers. This would be my 4th time coming here and have not been disappointed. The ladies are very nice, patient, take their time and make sure my nails and toes come out beautiful. I will absolutely be coming here from now on!

Do not recommend. They completely drilled off my prior dip manicure, without soaking in acetone at all. It was very painful and my nails were completely burned. Opted for a gel manicure. The nail tools were just removed from a general cart, without knowing if they were clean, new or sanitized ahead of time. My first nail also chipped within 12 hours, the second within 1 day. Waste of money and ruined my nails.
