I have been a long customer and the one time I had to call someone else. I got overcharged, given refurbished parts and was told my printer was done if this didn't fix it. Yet Dale put in new parts, serviced it and it works like new! You guys are awesome. Prices great. And the BEST service by far! Highly recommend! No more calling anyone else even in emergencies.....not worth it!
