I did business with Yale Glass years ago and was very happy. Recently, I had them install two sliding glass patio doors and a storm door with a pulldown screen. It took eons for them to actually schedule the installation, then they disposed of the energy rating stickers on the glass so I was unable to get any utility rebates. They cut off the edge of some exterior trim rather than removing it, installing the doors, and replacing it -- so I still have to replace that. It took months after that to receive an invoice.
