Great place to workout, especially now what with all the social distancing requirements. My trainer Michael K. is excellent and knows how to work around injuries, aches, and pains. He always comes up with new exercises to meet the specific needs of all his clients. No one size fits all workouts over here!
Careful paying anything in advance, already got scammed by her previous business.!

Awesome studio!! Trainers are great: knowledgeable, friendly and open. I never get thre feeling of being less than, or trying to impress here. The studio is clean, comfortable and well equipped! I love the personal training atmosphere. The 1:1 gives me the support I need in my journey. Highly Recommended!!
