Don’t use them! If your home warranty uses them, request a different company. Came and didn’t fix the problem and scheduled multiple appointments after to “actually come fix” the problem and have been no call no show!!!! Save your time and money!!
I got an estimate for work from Perfection Electric of Texas for electrical work to add the electric for a tankless water heater in a house I just bought and don't live in yet. Scheduling the plumber and then the electrician took a little longer than expected but scheduled a date finally with Perfection Electric to do the work. I work nights and get off at 6am so I informed them I'd leave the house key in the mail box the night before, even took a picture and sent it to him.
