I had a delinquent account from a previous alarm company. I was in the process of buying a home and found it on my credit. I called them up and paid off the account. They had it removed completely from my credit report in two days. I was pleasantly surprised that they deleted it completely instead of marking it as paid in full. My credit score went way up and I was able to qualify to buy my home. Got a letter saying I owed $3000.00 for an old alarm system. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract and the man on the phone became highly agitated and said they were going to have "fun" with my account. Then they hung up. Not quite reflective of good or proper customer service .

This company was easy to work with. I had a past due account placed with them and they didn't attack me like most collection agencies do. They asked what would work for me. They didn't demand anything. I honestly wish all collection agencies were this easy to deal with.
