I contacted Mary to inquire about deep cleaning services. I let her know that I was looking to have everything done by a certain date for an inspection. She committed to coming out on a Monday for a quote and would be able to meet my my inspection date on Wednesday. She never came on Monday and did not respond to my calls or texts. This left me having to scramble around last minute to find someone else. Very unprofessional!
Never returned call
Mary and the Perfection Cleaning staff have been great to work with. Very high quality and thorough cleaning each time. She's been cleaning 3 condos for me and every time an issue arises with a renter, she goes the extra mile to help me out as a landlord and resolve the issue. I highly recommend hiring this company to address all of your cleaning needs and they will exceed all expectations!
