I’d like to give a 5 star rating but there have been some hiccups after the service provided. I’ve tried to get a receipt for the work done and three different persons have told me I would receive it. It’s now been more than a week since the service was provided. The service was great, but their customer service is slipping here.

I scheduled a time for the carpet cleaners to come and clean the carpet of the new place I just moved into and they canceled the day of because of a broken machine which is no problem because they offered to come the next day but never said when they were going to come and when I tried to reach them no one answered. I have always invested in regular carpet cleaning. However, when I moved to the Palouse area I struggled to find quality service and good customer service. Perfection Carpet Cleaning, and especially Abe one of their exceptional managers, provided a all-around knock out service. On time service, detailed cleaning, and friendly staff made for a great experience. All stains and problem areas in my carpet were lifted and fixed. Seek them out!

Perfection Carpeting is perfect by contrast with another company for: honoring their time promise; honesty in price, I even got a much lower price than phone evaluation after on-spot measurement; good manners, the gentleman Abraham even cleaned up the floor for me after his wonderful job; professionalism, I got a scientific explanation about mattress cleaning. Great job Abraham! Thank you.
