Never go to this salon. I had a very upsetting experience. My haircut turned out uneven and poorly done, especially with clear differences between the right and left sides. When I contacted her respectfully and sent photos to explain the issue, she responded aggressively instead of trying to help. She blamed me by saying one side of my hair is naturally thicker, but that does not explain the uneven cutting and damage. This was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this salon at all.
Perfection beauty salon is the best salon I’ve ever been to in the GTA with the most talented owner. Her hair cuts and hair colour are perfection and I get so many compliments on my hair ever since I started going to her. She is also amazing at threading and shaping brows.
