I recently took my car to this body shop, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping me. My car was supposed to be ready in 2 days, but it took over a 4 months without any updates or apologies. When I finally got my car back, the paint job was poorly done, with noticeable streaks and mismatched colors. I love supporting local businesses and Perfection is a local gem. Dave and his team are reliable and responsive, especially when dealing with insurance. They are also transparent with pricing, so I don’t have to waste time researching when I have an issue.
Highly recommend. The owner, David is very honest, professional and extremely knowledge. Stopped by because after getting an oil change at another location, they told me something was wrong with the car but David checked everything out and even put oil in my car for free. Definitely my new go to mechanic.
The team at Perfection Auto Shop was fantastic! Iwas impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff was. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the repairs. When my car was ready, theydefinitely went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend them.
