Do NOT use this company. They failed to show up and when they did show up...ON THE THIRD APPOINTMENT...they stated they could not (would not) fix my windshield. I waited two weeks for them and now have to get someone else to fix it. When I spoke to the owner on the phone he was rude and sarcastic. He became aggressive and refused to make it right. 100% DO NOT use them find ANYONE ELSE. You'll thank me later.
rear window shattered by vandals at concert. Called different places as I needed it fixed asap. Well know company was almost 4 times higher and was going to take 4 days to get in. Perfection Auto Glass got me in the same day I called. Would highly recommend.
This business and the people that run it are life savers! I had been experiencing weeks and weeks of trouble with Safelite attempting to repair my broken window. Safelite was unprofessional, unprepared, and ended up causing more damage to my car ($600 worth that I had to pay for) rather than actually fixing anything. My friend's day turned really rotten when she was chipping at the ice to get her trunk open. When she closed her door, the read windshield shattered and fell to pieces. I called Perfection Auto Glass to get an estimate and directions. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and got her car in that day to be repaired in the morning.
