We recently hired Perfected Painting and Dean Koniewicz to repaint three bedrooms, our living room, office, kitchen, two bathrooms, and all of the ceilings. They also installed four ceiling fans with wired wall switches. Overall, the work turned out really well. Honest, straightforward communication. Deck was power washed, sealed and stained. Railings were painted. Very pleased with the end result!

Dean and his team at Perfected Painting did a fantastic job painting my two-story home and wood fence. They also repaired damaged wood and even trimmed bushes where needed to access the house. Dean kept me updated on progress and his crew was polite and professional. They cleaned up every day and did the work in a timely manner. The house and fence look terrific and we couldn't be happier with the work. Thanks so much for an A+++ job.

We used Dean and his company to help prepare our house in Addison to be sold. His team helpsled us paint the whole house as well as redo the stairs going into the basement. We were happy with the first job, and we used him on our next house in Sycamore as well. SECOND JOB: The original quote was to have the rear 3 season room demolished and a 2 story deck put up in its place. Dean and his team did a great job painting the exterior of my home. I appreciated his timely communication throughout the project. The end result was beautiful and I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors.
