After my husband and I retired we wanted to keep moving. We began our search for a place to go walk, exercise, etc. It didn’t take us long to find a place. Perfect Workout Gym is absolutely the perfect place for us. Perfect Workout offers so much to the young, elderly or retired folks like us. Have been going there now for about 7 months and my experience has been very pleasant. Great gym with very friendly staff and very clean with new/updated equipment. My child (2) loves coming here and Ms Ashlyn in the child watch area (and sometimes Ms Courtney) has always been so kind and sweet and makes him feel very comfortable and safe.
I enjoy zumba classes, sauna, the recovery center - hydro massage. Jenn & Sharon run a great facility! It’s like family! Highly recommend this gym if you live in Catawba County.
I’ve been a member at The Perfect Workout in Conover, NC on and off for several years. Unfortunately, I’ve had a recurring issue with their front-desk service, especially when it comes to handling membership changes. After canceling my membership recently, I’ve faced multiple hurdles just trying to scan in and access the gym during the notice period. Perfect Workout is a awesome gym, the equipment is very clean, and they have it all to accommodate what ever out come you are striving to accomplish. The staff are also awesome, and one who stands out is Courtney. She is always so nice and helpful. Thank you Sharon for what you do to make Perfect Workout my Gym.
