I’ve been here twice prior, everything was perfect. Service, customer communication, quality. However, recently when I went, I wasn’t given a massage I was happy with at all as the lady was very lazy with her work and gave me a short cut, without removing the blanket at all either, while my mother got good service. I tried to adress my concerns at the end of my appointment but I was completely ignored, she wouldn’t even look at nor speak to me while I was speaking, but she had no problem taking the money out of my hand.
Called about a promotion, lady said no promotion and left the phone
