My wife and I visited this clinic after seeing a massage promo on a large sign outside. While we initially booked a couples massage with my preference being strong pressure, there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. I’ve been here twice prior, everything was perfect. Service, customer communication, quality. However, recently when I went, I wasn’t given a massage I was happy with at all as the lady was very lazy with her work and gave me a short cut, without removing the blanket at all either, while my mother got good service. I tried to adress my concerns at the end of my appointment but I was completely ignored, she wouldn’t even look at nor speak to me while I was speaking, but she had no problem taking the money out of my hand.
